Avalon Scales joined Hodges Capital Management in October of 2021 and currently serves as Research Coordinator/Executive Assistant. She has her bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Communication, Sociology, and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to joining, Avalon was a Sales Analyst at Vulcan Materials Company where she held many leadership roles.
